run micros / vba

Hi all   I'm after some help I need to run print vba when cell is updated ( i have that vba ) but when i'm trying to share the file and open on the laptop so i can go around and scan bar code i h...

If I may recommend you add a file (without sensitive data).
Thus help yourself to get a quick answer and to be able to propose the best possible solution to all others who want to help you. Win-win for everyone.
With your brief description, I can only guess whether that or this is.
It is also an advantage if you name your operating system and Office version.

Hi 

so the idea is that when i scan slp in the are where is 123 

and s/n where is 456

on a laptop 

its live updates  to my main pc where i have this file open and have my  printer and print out the label 

i have the vba for printing the lable as soon as you scan s/n
