This is because the file has not been calculated just before saving or because something has changed since the save (for example due to a TODAY function changing the date).

In the first case: This is because the file has not been calculated just before saving. Book calculation is in mode: "Automatic".
In the second case: because something has changed since the save (for example due to a TODAY function changing the date). All the cells are numbers.

Whatever the reason is, hundreds of cells in your file change after pressing F9 when it has been opened, not just the one you pointed out. Apparently the file has not been properly calculated the last time it has been saved.
There probably is a tool called Spreadsheet Compare on your system which you can use to compare the original file (not calculated) with a copy which you have calculated. It will tell you which cells have different values.
