Is there a way we the excel can refresh automatically on a specific day?

I guess that's only with third party tool or powershell. Idea is the same - open Excel file in background, wait for a while and save it back, assuming within the Excel file Refresh on Open is activated.
Another way to refresh, let say once per day, you publish the file on Share[point with Excel Services available or on OneDrive for Business refreshing dataset with Power BI services.
However, afraid I won't be able to give step by step instructions for any of above, practically don't use.
