Is that Sharepoint Online (Office365) or on-premises one? I'm not sure how it is with the latest updates but some ago the latest didn't support PQ refresh from Excel Online.
Thanks for getting back to me. Yes. its onsite. I was afraid of that not being supported. One wall after another I guess. lol
can't say about SP2016, we shifted on SPO. But when we were on SP2016, PQ refresh didn't work. You may google if the latest update(s) of SP2016 solved the issue. If not, when wait for SP2019. At least that was in roadmap some ago.
