=SORT(UNIQUE(FILTER(G:G,G:G<>"")),,1)
This formula returns the intended result in my sheet.

- Sorry. I found some cells with leading blanks.
=SORT(UNIQUE(FILTER(G:G,(G:G<>"")*(LEFT(G:G,1)<>" "))),,1)
Do you want to exclude cells that start with a leading blank such as G17 and G18 in the example?
