Set the number format of D4 to the custom format dddd.
Enter the formula =E4 in D4.
Copy D4 to F4, H4, J4, L4, N4 and P4.
Then to D20, F20, ...

i can't seem to do this bit, I have been to customs but do not have an option for dddd for some reason
