I'm afraid the built-in Analysis toolpak is unavailable for web Excel. But that doesn't mean there are no options, on the Insert tab, click the Add-ins button. I found an add-in named XLSTAT which looks promising.
If I were you, I would always have a local version of Excel to ensure you can use the Data Analysis Toolpak.
