In terms of your Excel sheet: you have manually highlighted rows for which "Cal. Dated" is greater than "Due Date". Would you like them to be highlighted automatically with conditional formatting or what?
And what is expiry date, is that "Cal. Dated"?

You may apply the rule
=($F2<TODAY())*($E2>1)
to your entire range.
That is in the second sheet of the attached file.
