Ratings and Reviews Not Visible in the store inside Excel

Hello,

 

We have published a new add-in, AI Agent for Excel.

 

We noticed that the ratings and reviews submitted by users are visible on the AppSource web page: https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/office/WA200008627?tab=Overview However, they do not appear in the store interface inside Excel: https://ibb.co/DDKtx1tb

 

Do you know how we can make the ratings and reviews visible within the Excel in-app store?

P.S. Some of the existing reviews were submitted by us for testing purposes. We will remove them once the issue is resolved.

    • Microsoft Store Policies: Certain reviews may be filtered or moderated before appearing in the in-app store.
    • Developer Support: You can reach out to Microsoft’s support team for Office add-ins to confirm if there’s a known issue or a specific requirement for reviews to be displayed.
