Question on merging address data in columns to paste in MS Word address label template

Hi,

 

I'm trying to create a Word document of addresses from an Excel spreadsheet. All the address data is in separate columns on the same row. What's the best way to either merge, or export the address data so each row becomes a separate cell/unique mailing label address?

    MailMerge in Word can accept an Excel database as the source. I use it to create holiday greeting card labels. Here's one (looks pretty good) source explaining specifically how to use it. If you search Google, you'll find more. YouTube also is a good resource.
