Pulling data from extracted powerpoint slides

you can paste the data in excel and use flash fill to extract/arrange the data that you want

I can't get flash fill to work. Sorry, I also identified another issue, there are multiple part numbers in each row of data.

you can try the following:
1. paste the data in a notepad as save as csv file (save as .csv instead of .txt)
2. open the csv file in excel and use the concatenate formula
=CONCATENATE(I2,P2)

Notepad won't let me save as csv only txt. Thanks for the suggestion, however, I obtained another solution.
