Protected Sheet for field use...

What is the best process to make one sheet available for use by people in the field? They just need the ability to fill in form data, save it, then email it in. The layout is rather simple, with no charts of any kind.

The reason for my inquiry is because we have been using PDF forms, but the iPhones are corrupting some of the form fields.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
