Project Planner Look Up

I am working with Project Planner on Excel, I have set my plan start date and duration and the cell is highlighted on the line, I now want to do a look up to say if that cell is highlighted then enter the text in the title of that column, ie I have added a line before the column number one to show the date so I am trying to pull onto the other sheet the date I have planned the work to take place.  Has anyone any ideas how I write the formula
