problems with downloading cvs or excel files
I am looking for support to deal with the issue of downloading .cvs or former version of excel files from internet messages to excel 365. Any time I open the downloading procedure it sends me to a former version of Excel blank page. I will appreciate a lot your technical advice.

- This is a simple issue, once you download the file, then manually convert it to xlsx
