Privacy Settings in Shared Excel Table within Communities
Hello, a colleague of mine is attempting to create a table linked to a Word Document poster via hyperlink.
The idea is that individuals will input data where answering a specific question on the table. However the individual will only see their own data that they have placed there
How would we adjust the privacy settings in order that only the creator/owner is able to view all the data from all individuals? Is there a setting function that we will need to adapt in Privacy Options?

Is the data being entered into an Excel Table and then presented in a Word Document?
Can you clarify what you mean when you say individuals will only see their own data?
Which Privacy Options are you referring to.
