Printing on Excel
Sergei, There is definitely further pages but I've tried to think back on what buttons I've pressed in my attempts to find the second page. One of those was 'Page Layout'>'Set Print Area' I've gone back and reversed it and the second page now appears on the Print preview so hopefully problem solved. I'm not a 'tech' person so perhaps shouldn't touch buttons I don't understand which is why I find Office not always easy to use and I'll probably go back to Libre when my subs run out. Anyway, I do appreciate your time and help with my queries, many thanks
Anthony, if you set Print Area it will be as many pages as print areas are defined, independently of how many sheets do you have. Print Area is usually needed if only you'd like to print the part of the sheet.
To use Excel or Libre Office - that's your choice. I guess each has some pros and cons. I didn't touch the latest for a long while, however from my point of view Excel is more powerful and flexible. But everything depends on goals.
