Print result to empty cell

This is something that I bumped in to and is stopping what I want to do.

Is it possible to get the result of a formula to a particular cell, without the target cell (where the results should be printed) having a formula itself? There for in formula there should be somekind of "print result for cell R3C2" -thing. Is this even possible?

And why I am asking this:

I'm trying to model a budget where by changing any number, there are some other figures that change with a clear percentage relationship with each other. For example, by increasing sales, costs are rising, and if I increase costs, sales should rise.
