Preventing send via e-Mail and saving as PDF

Hi,

I would like to block the user from sending an Excel File via e-Mail from inside the Excel File if not all the required fields are filled. And I would also like to prevent the user from saving the File as PDF if the same fields are incomplete.

I know how to check for fields to fill but I do not know how to stop the user from sending the file via e-mail or from saving the PDF.

Can anyone please help me?
