Power Query table transformation

It's nice to meet you all.

I straggled with some table transformation in Power Query, and I have no idea how to do it.

Do you think if it's even possible? I Have a table with data collected form the machine (on left),

and I would like to achieve the table like an example on right using Power Query. Main problem

is to expand the group of tables to the rows.
