Populating data from one sheet to another - new formulas user

Please share a sample file (attach to the post or share via OneDrive or GoogleDrive). SUMIFS() may help.

Sorry I am unfamiliar with using these sites. Usually have a 'go to person' at work. Feel a bit dumb right now but can't for life of me attach the sheet?
Unfortunately file attach option available not for all users here.
If you don't see it, alternative way is to put the file on any cloud storage you work with (OneDrive, Google Drive, whatever), in share options make this file available to everyone and publish the link on it here.
