Please Help!
Hi All,
I struggling to work out a formula for the data i need to pull, the way it pulls from the data base is very basic, i need to find people that have come to us for for health services and completed initital, 3,6 12 month reviews im struggling to work the formula to pull only those people with data for those milestones as we caputre data for everyperson attending, i have attached at photo of what the data looks like when pulled.
Any help appreciated.

Clarify your need.
It sounds like you can get what you need by filtering the milestones coluom. In addtion, you can set up conditional formatting to apply a cell colour to certain milestones, then filter your data by color. That would make your spreadsheet data easier to comprehend.

- I'm also having a hard time understanding what your needs are. Seems to me you should filter by column h, include only initial, 3 month, 6 month, and 12 month. Make sure that no other options are checked and you should be good to go.
I can't understand your requirement, and it is not very clear to me.
And ensure whether you want to pull data by filtering them (or) by specific formula?
Tell me, On which basis i should pull data? Can i take only 4 values of 'Initial', '3 month reviews', '6 month reviews', '12 month reviews' in Column H.
Tell me, clearly. Then only, i can tell you how simply to pull out them.
