Pivot Tables - Show Details in excel 2013

Hi,

 

I hope someone can help me please. I am using Pivot tables in excel 2013 professional, part of my works package, many times in the past I am sure I have created a pivot table, including filters, and then double clicked to get the list of details from a cell/value. But recently when I do this it comes up with an error and says I cannot do this when a filter is applied. Can anyone help please?
