pivot Table

I have 6 pivot table, and individually total sum is correct. But when I combined it to a chart the numbers are wrong.

  • Please consider below:

    Check Data Sources

Make sure all your pivot tables are referencing the correct data ranges. Sometimes, a pivot table might unintentionally include or exclude certain rows or columns.

    Aggregate Functions

Ensure that the aggregate functions (Sum, Count, Average, etc.) are the same across all pivot tables. If one table is summing while another is counting, the combined chart will be off.

    Data Refresh

Ensure that all pivot tables are refreshed if the underlying data has changed. You can do this by right-clicking each pivot table and selecting "Refresh".

    Consistent Formatting

Make sure that all pivot tables use consistent formatting for dates, numbers, and text. Inconsistent formats can cause errors in combined charts.

    Duplicates or Missing Data

Check for any duplicates or missing data in your source tables. These can skew the combined results.

    Chart Settings

Double-check the settings and filters applied to your combined chart. Sometimes, a filter or setting might be causing the discrepancy.
