Pivot table data to reports

Hello,

 

I would appreciate if you could give me a hand with a proyect I am working on. I work as a financial advisor and want to give my clients a monthly statement with tables and graphs. I have the information of the positions, prices, movements, etc. of each account in Excel which I retreive from the banks Web pages.

 

 

I made a pivot table but I don´t know how to use that information in another file or sheet with the appropriate layout, with changing clients, dates, etc.

 

Once done that, I would like to make a Macro to automate all of this. Thank you.
