Pivot Charts not loading in 365

Try this:

1. Open the Template Without Refreshing
• Hold Shift while opening the file to prevent automatic refresh.
• This lets you inspect the PivotTable setup before Excel tries to repair it.
2. Check Source Data
• Ensure all PivotTables have valid, complete source ranges.
• Make sure every column has a header and no merged cells.
3. Rebuild PivotTables
• If Excel removed them, you’ll need to recreate the PivotTables from scratch.
• Save a backup before doing this.
4. Disable Auto-Refresh on Open
• Right-click the PivotTable → PivotTable Options → Uncheck “Refresh data when opening the file.”
5. Inspect External Links
• Go to Data → Edit Links and remove or update any broken connections.
6. Use Power Pivot Carefully

If you’re using Power Pivot, ensure the data model is intact and that field names haven’t changed.
