Pause an executing macro

Can anyone tell me how to stop a macro that is running in Excel for Mac? In the previous version (Excel for Mac 2011) from 2011 all you had to do was hit "⌘" and "." (Command+Full Stop) simultaneousl...

Hi, try one of these:
Cmd + Option + Esc
Ctrl + Esc

    Thanks for trying to help, but Cmd + Option + Esc takes me to the force quit window and Ctrl + Esc doesn't appear to do anything at all!

     

    It's still a mystery...
