Excel does not display any borders within merged cells. You have two options: Accept that limitation, or unmerge the cells.

I have merged the cells and want the borders around the merged cells. The problem is only at the page break (where there are no merged cells and bottom borders are not shown) and not elsewhere in the page where I get all borders around the merged cells.
