Opening .xlsb files

This just became an issue. I have been opening these files for years out of my clients Dropbox accounts.

 

I am now getting a MVB error

 

Compile error in hidden module: tclsShell

 

This error does no allow the macros to engage

 

Microsoft level 1 and level 2 support were unable to solve this issue

    This appears to be some VBA code either in the file you are opening or in an add-in. If you open Excel from the Icon, does it show this message too? If not it is likely VBA code in the workbook you are opening. I can't say what the solution is without having access to the workbook in question.
