Open a Workbook on the particular worksheet everytime.

Hello, I need to open the Workbook (containing about one hundred worksheets) every time on the first worksheet named "Office" or "Records". It has hiperlinks to all other worksheets and summarises information from others as well. As it happens when a person uses the Workbook and closes it, next user opens it on the worksheet last used by the first person, not on the first one. Is there any option to arrange the opening of the first worksheet everytime a user opens the Workbook?
