MicrosoftOLAP drill through issue: Maximum number of records to retrieve, change not being applied
Hello,
I'm currently new to this community and would like to ask help with this issue I'm experiencing.
I've been trying to change the number of records to retrieve from the default 1000 ...
I don't know how to fix, but yes, there is such issue.
For example, we created PivotTable1 (PT1) and changed the limit on 5000. Drill down will with up to 5000 records.
- added PT2, in properties we see again 1000. However, if we keep it as it is, PT1 will be drill down with 5000 limit and PT2 with 1000
- as soon as we change the properties, e.g. on 3000, both PT1 and PT2 will be drill down with 3000 limit.

I did a workaround by checking the Connection Properties of an extracted data sheet and editing the Command text box of the number of MAXROWS.
I see, thanks for sharing. By the way, another way to access it is right click on the table->table->edit query
