SriSummit Power BI is not part of Office 2019. Power BI is included in some Enterprise editions of Office 365, and you can purchase subscriptions separately.
Power Pivot is included in Office 2019, but you may need to activate it in the Excel settings. In Excel, go File > Options > Add-ins > select Com Add-ins and click the Go button. Then you can tick the box for Power Pivot.
