Perhaps you mean something like
=SUMIFS('Purchase for Re-sell'!$M$7:$M$106,'Purchase for Re-sell'!$I$7:$I$106,$C21,'Purchase for Re-sell'!$B$7:$B$106,E$6)
Perhaps you mean something like
