No Name Manager in Android version of Excel?

I created a spreadsheet on my PC, which included LAMBDAS via the name manager. I was able to email myself the spreadsheet and open it on my phone, via the android version of Excel. There, I was able to use those Lambdas.

However, I see no way to open the Name Manager in the Android version to edit them or make more Lambdas - I don't see it under the Formulas tab or anywhere.

Is there no name manager in the Android version of Excel?
