No access to add-in store in Excel for Windows: "Can't reach this page"

Microsoft Store cannot be opened either.
I have found the solution: we should use TLS 1.2 in Internet Options.

Check your M365 account status first through File | Account to verify account is activated. If there's an error, you'll get a fix button.
Verify you can get to https://inclient.store.office.com/ through a browser.
Verify you can get to https://inclient.store.office.com/ through a browser.
The account is validated. https://inclient.store.office.com/ in a browser redirects to https://appsource.microsoft.com/
