Newbie to formulas - need help

I am trying to create a formula to combine text and data together into one cell from two sheets.  Given that my workbook have over 8k rows of data, I need a formula that will convert all so I don't have to manually create the formula each time the data/text appears.

I think it is an IF/THEN formula but I am not sure how to create the exact formula.

Example:

Sheet 1 - data/text (cell A2) N04, (cell B2) NT Pre Loaded

Sheet 2 - data (cell K14) N04

I want every entry on Sheet 2 with value of N04 to populate NT Pre Loaded in the cell next to it.

I hope this  satifactorily explains what I am trying to accomplish.
