New Workbook Installed Macros

I have somehow tied a macro in a password controlled file to every workbook I've opened. How can I disable this so that it's no longer automatically added? Thanks! Joe

Have you perhaps saved a template in your XLSTART folder? To check, open Windows explorer and type this into the address bar and hit Enter:
%appdata%\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART
