New to teaching

I am new to tutoring MS Excel, Word, and Power Point. I need some suggestions on how other instructors get practice work books to do everything from beginner to advance level work. I have been  making up some data or pulling data from web sources, but I could use ideas on what I can do to make sure my students get the benefits without lot of building things myself. Any idea would be welcome.

    Kaggle offers plenty of data sets (You'd have to create a free account). It's easy to navigate and the data sets have usability ratings so it's easy to find good data.
