new 'card version' for cell phone viewing
I appreciate that response as it explains what happened. It would suggest I now need to find out how to make that sheet 'unstructured'.
That all said, there ought to be a WARNING note telling users before they press the button that all merged cells will become unmerged.
Given that my particular sheet contains both forms and data, I won't be doing that with similar sheets again.
Your response also suggests that if I copy and paste the sheet into a new file, it should become unstructured again? I will give that a try.
burnswattieoutlook To convert a structured table back to a range, find the button on the Table ribbon while inside a table. In the Tools section, you should find this icon:
Alternatively, right-click inside a table, select "Table", then "Convert to range".
