Try below formula:-
=MROUND(AVERAGE(E6:P6),10)

Almost! I replaced the 10 with -1 and it worked the way it should've. Thank you!!!!!!

-1 shouldn't work? are you sure the formula is correct?
if only AVERAGE(E6:P6) is not negative
