Need to Separate Names and Addresses
Hi all!
I need to create mailing labels with a list of data I've received. My lines have one, two, or three names. I tried to Convert Text to Columns, but there are just spaces separating the text.
Here's an example from my list:
Paul & Joan & Marjorie Roderick 75 E. Charles Street Long Branch, NJ 08005
This is how my label should look:
Paul & Joan & Marjorie Roderick
75 E. Charles Street
Long Branch, NJ 08005
Any ideas/help is greatly appreciated!

Hi,
Please provide us with a sufficient sample of the data to be able to find the appropriate solution!
Hello,
if you can express the logic in words, then it can be translated into an Excel formula or VBA. The problem with your data is that it needs a human being to decide where the break into the next line should be. There are just too many possibilities for blanks to exist in combinations of names, address line, city etc.
Sorry, but if your data does not have ANY kind of marker or indicator to separate name from street from city, then there is not much we can do. In any case, a bigger data sample would help find patterns, if there are any.
