Need help with formula

I have two groups of data in one sheet 

Each group has the same "Key" but not aligned on the same row.

KeyCol1 is in column B with data out to column J

KeyCol2 in in column L with data out to column R

I tried highlighting B2 and L2, they contain the heading. Typed in the name box Sheet1!keys and pressed alt F8. the macro page does not come up.

Need help on how to align data in the second group to the first group.

Does this make sense to someone? and can you offer any help.
