Need help to create a formula

Hi,

I have attached one file. There are two sheets. In the sheet 1, column A4, i got the cell reference of sheet 2 using a formula.

Now in column B4 (highlighted cell), i need the value of I4 cell from sheet 2. Can you specify the formula to be used in B4 sheet 1.

      Thanks for your input. However, that's a straight reference to the cell in sheet 2.

       

      Let me elaborate my problem further, if i change the financial year in sheet 1 A3 from 2017-18 to 2016-17, cell A4 in sheet 1 will change automatically and give me the cell reference in sheet 2 where this financial year is available. I need the cell B4 of sheet 1 to fill in automatically by picking the right hand side value of the financial year 2016-17 in sheet 2, i.e. the value "50".

       

      Directly referring the cell G2 in sheet 2 won't solve my purpose. I need a formula.
