Need help figurung a margin formula

I have a spread sheet that I keep track of our bids - cost , sell, net profit,  and margin.- I have that part. The part I don't have is when we lose a bid  on same line it has P.O. amount,  amount lost by, and  margin lost by. I cant figure how to get the margin we lost the bid at. Can someone help me please.
