Need Formula to Fill down multiple cells based on the value of a single cell

Hello

Based on THE value within a cell in Column G or D-Region (AL-S), I am trying to see if there is a formula that finds that value in the top row  and then auto populates into Column E or D-ZIPS, all of the zip codes from the matched column?   And, If possible, duplicate the same amount of values in columns A-C.

I had to manually enter rows 2-9 but I have over 1000 more of these I would prefer to complete using a formula.
