need formula for specific calculation

=SUMIF($F$4-((G:G,"PG04536",E:E)*0.085))

I am trying to get a single cell to calculate on a budget spreadsheet. I have a column of dollar amounts that have a column next to it referencing one of two account numbers. I need a cell to subtract that dollar amount times 0.085 from another cell that has a total budget amount. I would use another cell with the same formula to calculate for the other account number. So something like the above almost gets me there but I am not doing something right.

If Cell G has "PG04536" in it I need Cell E*0.085 to be subtracted from Cell F4. But for the entire ranges of G and E any time it meets that criteria. That way any time an amount is listed for PG04536 it is taken away from the total amount in F4. Is this even possible?
