Tried this on my mobile app and it works great but when I put it in my desk top it's giving me the #value! Error

The only way I can get the formula to return #VALUE! is if one of the contributing cells B1, D1 and E1 contains #VALUE!
Could you attach a small sample workbook demonstrating the error?

Ok got the file attached! As you can see in row 3 that is where my problem is happening. F3 is with you suggestion which I thought was going to work but you can see it's giving an error and N3 is with my current formula which works fine as long as one of the 2 cells that is being calculated doesn't contain a zero or blank which will happen sometimes with the system I am using this for

Excel had somehow inserted a @ in the formula. When I removed it, the formula worked OK.
