MS Excel VBA code for Rename & CopyEdit & Flash Fill.

Hi Everyone!

I have an Excel Sheet with customers name (more than 12500 names) and need to short it all. In the sheet there in a new column besides the first column I need to copy the name (from the first column) then rename it (means need to delete some time some spcific words from the right side of the full name for matching with previous unique name if have) and then paste it with others row where is matching with the previous names from that twelve thousands names one by one until finish this over than 12000 names,,,I worked and fill over than 1700 names with 1349 unique names and also will get more unique names and will need to fill it,,,but it will take more than a week and I need to make it within short days,,

Is there any ways to complete it by VBA formula then I will be very helpful,,
