Missing Survey Poll Dates
This morning I rebooted my computer and now all the dates in my Scheduling Polls are missing. Instead of showing the correct 6 options across multiple days and times it now shows 6 options on 1 day (not 1 of the correct dates) 6 times that all read the same, 11:52 PM, with "unknown" underneath.

It sounds like you're experiencing an issue with Scheduling Polls in Office 365 (likely via Outlook or Microsoft Teams). This can happen due to a syncing issue, a cache problem, or even an update glitch after rebooting. Here are some steps you can try to resolve it:
- Quick Fixes (Sync & Refresh)
- Refresh the Page: If you're using the web version, press Ctrl + F5 to force a hard refresh.
- Restart Outlook/Teams: Fully close the app and reopen it to trigger a fresh sync.
- Check Another Device: Open the scheduling poll on your phone or another computer to see if the issue persists.
2. Clear Cache (Outlook/Teams)
For Outlook (Desktop):
- Close Outlook.
- Navigate to C:\Users\[YourName]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook
- Delete the .ost file (it will be recreated when Outlook reopens).
- Restart Outlook.
For Teams:
- Quit Teams completely.
- Go to C:\Users\[YourName]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams
- Delete the Cache folder.
- Restart Teams.
3. Check for Updates
- Outlook/Teams: Go to File → Office Account → Update Options → Update Now
- Windows: Make sure Windows updates are current as well (Settings → Update & Security → Check for updates).
4. Verify Calendar Permissions & Settings
If the polls pull data from shared calendars:
- Ensure calendar permissions haven't changed.
- Check if time zones are consistent (File → Options → Calendar → Time Zones).
- Open the poll from the original link to verify if it’s corrupted or just displaying incorrectly.
5. Recreate or Recover Polls (if needed)
If none of the above works:
- Go to the original poll email and click the link to open it in the browser.
- If the poll is corrupted, you may need to recreate it manually.

I have the absolute same problem. The fixes didn't work here.
