Missing Formulas and Functions in Excel

Hello guys.
The new formulas in Excel installed on Windows 10 are not appearing. 
For example, the TOCOL function is not appearing, and there might be some or many more formulas which are not showing up in Excel.
The below snip shows my Excel Version as on 23rd June, 2023.

Version 2305 (Build 16501.20210) -> Latest version [attached a snip below and above]

Can someone please help me on this?

    You have Office 2019. Functions like TOCOL, TOROW, VSTACK, MAKEARRAY... are only available (as of today) in Microsoft 365 subscriptions
