Microsoft 365 "add additional controls" in User Forms, the monthview and Date Picker Missing

I am using Microsoft 365 and when I select "add additional controls" in User Forms, the monthview And the Date Picker control are not listed.  I am trying to add a calendar control to a cell so that when the cell is selected the calendar date picker pops up.   I am able to open excel without a problem. I then hit ALT F11 to bring up the Visual Basic Editor, then I select the USER FORM Icon, then in the controls box I right click to get additional controls, a list appears but the controls I need (monthview and Date Picker) are not listed.
